If you feel that your package was opened/tampered, please don’t accept the delivery. Please raise the cancel request on the ‘Returns’ in the ‘Footer’ section on the website. We will confirm your cancellation request (ticket) via email/phone call and may process the refund of order amount or resend order as per your wish/convenience.

You may return your order at the time of delivery and generate the ticket for refund or it will automatically refunded once we receive your returned order/consignment. Order can not be returned or cancelled after accepting the delivery of order.
